Career advice is everywhere.Real support is harder to find.

Building a career takes more than knowing what to do. Sometimes what changes everything is knowing the right person to ask.

There is no shortage of advice telling women how to succeed at work. How to negotiate. How to network. How to lead. How to make the next move.

But careers are rarely built through information alone. They are shaped by the people who answer your questions, share what they know, make an introduction, tell you about an opportunity and remind you that you belong in the room.

Ophelia Society exists to create more of those relationships.
