Zohora Choudhury founded Ophelia Society after recognising that the women around her were talented, driven, and full of potential yet they struggled in corporate. What they lacked was not ambition. It was access. Access to experienced mentors, meaningful professional connections, honest career support, and a leadership programme for when they were ready to take the next step.
That recognition became a mission. Together with co-founder Vanessa Dacres, Zohora built Ophelia Society into a free, thriving community that is open to every woman looking to build a career in the United Kingdom.
